Behavioral Health Technician Responsibilities:

• Communicating client needs and behaviors to immediate supervisor
• Conducting room and bag searches of clients, both upon admission and at random
• Assisting in the client intake process through transportation coordination, community orientation, and appropriate intake paperwork
• Addressing problems in the client community through verbal, de-escalation techniques
• Overseeing community cleanliness and enforce program rules and expectations
• Maintaining strict patient confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one (2) years professional experience in mental health/behavioral healthcare field preferred
• Ability to maintain a flexible schedule
• FL Driver's License with a clean driving record (Required)

Work Shifts

• Must have a flexible schedule.
• Must be able to work weekends or night-shifts if need be.
• Both part-time and per diem work available
